3.4 You must notify ent365 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via the live chat or email address specified in Section 15.
3.5 ent365 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or closure.
4.1 ent365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed on the Cashier page of the platform.
4.2 All deposit transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the ent365 Cashier page at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change at ent365's discretion.

11.2 ent365's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ent365 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ent365 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or secure from unauthorised access. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ent365 will use reasonable endeavours to ensure availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
